Refund policy

For hygienic purposes and reasons, we cannot accept any returns of products that have already been shipped out and left our premises. As such, no refunds will be issued. If you change your mind about your purchase, again, this will NOT be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
